Having conducted considerable search work in the legal, public affairs, and compliance areas for listed corporations, Emeric has also developed since 1998 extensive expertise in Board searches, Board assessments and related CEO searches.
Being one of the very few lawyers admitted to the Paris, Barcelona, Madrid and New York Bars, Emeric practiced mergers and acquisitions, Corporate Governance and stock exchange law from 1989 to 1999, in Paris, Barcelona and New York for international law firms (US leader Jones Day and French leader Gide).
Emeric joined the Executive Search industry (Heidrick & Struggles) in 1999, became Partner in 2000, was named Managing Partner of the Paris Office in 2001 and, in 2004, was named Managing Partner for Southern Europe (overseeing six offices in France, Italy, Spain and Portugal).
He then joined Spencer Stuart in 2006 as the Country manager for France and Member of the European Executive Committee and was an active member of the Global Board Services Practice.
Before setting-up his Firm with his Partners and team in 2015.
His core business is composed of Governance (Board searches and Board assessments) and Executive Searches for all kind of industries (from GC to CEO).
Emeric received his Ph.D. in international corporate law at Paris Assas (1988).
He is a former member of the Paris, Barcelona, Madrid and New York Bars.
Born in Argentina in 1966, Emeric is professionally fluent in English, French and Spanish.

Pascale Parraud -Apparu began her career at the French Consulate in Chicago in 1986. Back in France, she held various positions in the law firm Willkie Farr & Gallagher, specializing in international business law.
Pascale was then for ten years Consultant in the Practices “Board” and “Industry” of the British leader Whitehead Mann, then of the American firm Korn Ferry. Prior to participating as an Associate in the creation and development of TM Partenaires since 2011.
Pascale has a dual specialization in Corporate Governance Advisory (board effectiveness review and search for non-executive Directors, succession planning, preparation for the search for a mandate and for on-boarding, coaching of non-executive Directors) and executive search, particularly in all sectors of the industry and services.
Pascale graduated from Paris V-Descartes University in Economics and Statistics Studies (1984) and DuPage College-Illinois (1985).
She volunteers with the 21st Century Club, think tank and do tank that promotes a positive vision of diversity.

Together with Emeric Lepoutre in September 2015, Sylvie Maillot set up the Executive Search and Governance Firm, Emeric Lepoutre & Partners.
Sylvie specializes in general management and senior level searches in the area of cosmetics, retail, and luxury goods. She has extensive executive search experience managing international and cross boarder assignments. She developed a strong expertise in emerging markets recruiting for high level positions in Asia and China, Dubai, and Russia.
Sylvie previously managed ThamaraSearch, an independent consulting firm, which she created in 2008.
Prior to ThamaraSearch, Sylvie was a Senior Partner with Heidrick & Struggles where she remained for more than 20 years.
Sylvie Maillot is a French national. She holds a BA in literature and languages from the University of Paris X Nanterre, and a Master in NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming). She is a certified coach from the Lore Institute and a certified MBTI from Osiris Conseil.
